Wesley Noble
Executive Director
Director of Merged Teams

Wesley has served as the Director of Coaching for Brandon FC for the last 7 years leading the club. During his tenure, Wesley has taken direct lead in multiplying BFC’s size by 5, growing from 6 teams to 29 teams. Currently he is the GM of Mississippi Rush United, Girls Director, and a staff coach.  His teams have won multiple midsouth conference championships, state championships, GSPL championships, and competed in National League PRO. 

In 2022, He coached the 2006 and 2008 girls to the Regional Finals. He also took the 2008 girls to the National Championships as one of the top 16 teams in the country. Wesley won the Girls Competitive Coach of the year for the state of MS in 2022 to go along with the same award in 2017.

In 2023, he has secured a birth for the National Championships with the 2008 girls, won the midsouth conference, and finished as Dallas International Cup Semi Finalists.

Wesley is currently the head women’s soccer coach at Holmes CC.  During Wesley’s time the team has compiled a 115-12-4 record.  He won the program’s first ever North Division Title in 2015. Following the programs first North Division title, Holmes has won the North for 6 consecutive years. Furthermore, under Wesley’s reign Holmes won the first MACJC Championship, first Region XXIII Title, and made the first ever appearance in the NJCAA District H Final. In 2021 Holmes competed in back to back National Tournaments, and finished as National Finalists in 2021. In 2022, they won another Region, District, and Conference title. They finished as National Finalists again.

In 2023, the Holmes Women’s Staff was named National Coaching Staff of the Year. Since 2016, Wesley and his staff have sent 42 players to the next level from Holmes CC. With 10 going D1 since 2021.

Before his time with the Holmes Women’s he was an assistant for the Holmes Men’s Team and a student assistant for Mississippi College’s Men’s team.

Wesley Played at Brandon High School where he was a first team all state selection, MHSAA All Star selection, Division Player of the year, and captained the team with the best record in school history. After High school he played at Francis Marion University, Holmes CC, and Mississippi College. While at Holmes he was an All Region Selection, set the all time assist record in one year, and captained the team to the programs first ever North Division Title. During his time at Mississippi College, the team won the first ever conference championship and went onto to compete in the National Tournament.

Gentry Johnson
Director of Soccer 
RSC – Brandon Technical Director

Gentry previously served as the Director of Player Development and staff coach for BFC for the past 4 years. He currently is a staff coach for MS Rush United and helps lead the boys program there. Guided two different teams to become Midsouth Champions in 2022 and has secured National Championship births for the 2007 and 2009 girls for the summer of 23.  Under Gentry’s reign, the 2009 girls have won back to back midsouth championships serving as an automatic qualifier to USYS Southern Regionals.

In 2022, Gentry was named boys competitive coach of the year for Mississippi Soccer Association.

Gentry is the assistant coach for Holmes CC where they have won Region and Conference titles 3 of the past 4 years. They have also been National Finalists 2 of the last 3 years.

Previously coached for Wilmington Hammerheads for 8 years where he won the Southern Regional Premier League, NCFC Showcase, Jefferson Cup, and staff coach that finished as a semi-finalist at the US Youth Regionals with his Hammerhead teams.

Gentry hold his USSF “A” License.

Played College Soccer at Francis Marion University, Cape Fear CC, and Greensboro College. He captained the team at Cape Fear CC.

Ousmane Coulibaly 
Assistant Director of Soccer
RSC – Florence Technical Director

Ousmane Coulibaly has served as a staff coach and Assistant DOC for the past 4 years. Before coming to BFC, Ousmane spent the last 15 years with Jackson Futbol Club, MS Fire, and most previously Mississippi Rush Soccer Club. He has coached at both the collegiate and high school levels.  Most recently he was the Associate Head Men’s Coach at Holmes CC. 

He is originally from Burkina Faso, West Africa, where he earned over 20 caps for the full National Team including qualification matches for the 1998 FIFA World Cup. He graduated from the University of Mobile with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Infor­mation Systems.

Playing for Mobile, Coulibaly re­ceived 1st Team Gulf Coast Athletic Conference All-Conference and NAIA 1st Team All-American Honors. Coulibaly played semi-professional soccer in the United States for the Jackson Chargers, Mid-Michigan Bucks, and Mississippi Brilla. He also played professional soccer in Africa for Union Sportive Des Cheminots De Bobo-Dioulasso and Racing Club De Bobo-Dioulasso. Coulibaly has obtained the USSF D License and National Youth License.

He can also be found as a player for Burkina Faso on the FIFA ’98 video game by EA Sports.

Adam Mayfield
RSC – Pearl Technical Director

Adam has been a staff coach at Brandon FC for the past 10 years. He has worked in the Pearl Academy for the past two years leading charge on the field. Before coming to Brandon FC, he previously coached at Pearl Youth Soccer League where he won 2 State Championships

Was a standout at Brandon High School where his team won the MHSAA State Championship. He captained the team his senior year and then went on to play at Hinds CC where he was an All-State Selection in 05 and All Region Selection in 06. His team won the Region Championship and MACJC Championship both years

Humberto Palaez
RSC – Brandon Boys Director
Director of Goalkeeping

Served as Brandon FC Director of Goalkeeping for the past 5 years.  He is also the Director of Goalkeeping for MS Rush United.  He is the founder of Goalkeeper Process and Part Owner of Jag Soccer. 

Humberto coached for the Panama Youth National Team in the summer of 2019 and was the head coach for Gaffa FC where he won the league title 2 years ago. He most recently won the MSA state cup and went on to finish as semi finalists of the USYS Southern Regionals with the 2003 Boys. 

He Played for Chattanooga FC after his College Career at Mississippi College where he won Gulf South Conference Player of the year.  He helped lead the team to a regular season conference championship.  Before coming to the U.S, he played for the Panama National Team from 2012 – 2014.

Daylin Britt
RSC - Brandon Girls Director
Staff Coach

Daylin has been with BFC for 5 years now. Daylin has specified in our younger age groups setting the platform for numerous different teams and players.

He is currently the assistant coach at Northwest Rankin High School, where they just most recently won the 6A state championship. He has helped numerous players onto the next level of playing college soccer from inside the NWR program.

Daylin was a standout at Florence High School and went on to play collegiate soccer at Jones College.

Miguel Molina
Brandon Academy Director
Staff Coach

Miguel has served as a staff coach for Brandon FC for the past 8 years.  He has been the academy director for the past 2. He is an assistant coach for the Holmes Women’s Soccer Team and the head coach of Parkplace Boys Team. 

He is originally from New Orleans, LA where he played at Grace King High School where he served as captain. He played for Lafrenier who later switched they’re name to Chicago Fire. 

He later joined Holmes CC as the manager. Later promoted to student assistant coach in 2013, forming part of the 2011-2012 historic season, winning the first ever District Championship. 

In 2012 he joined Forest High School as the assistant coach for both Boys and Girls programs, with multiple historic district wins in both programs while reaching state finals for the Boys program. He later joined the coaching staff of Mississippi College, where the team maintained multiple undefeated seasons. Reaching the highest position at #3 in the country in the NCCAA polls of 2014.

Edmund David
Staff Coach

Has served as a staff coach at BFC for 10 years now.  He previously Coached at Alliance FC in Meridian.  Currently holds his USSF “D” License, USYS National Youth License, and State Goalkeeping Diploma

Edmund Played his soccer career in Puerto Rico.

Hadley Eisenberger
Staff Coach

Has been a BFC Staff Coach for 5 years where she specified in the younger girls age groups each year. 

She Lettered four years at Mississippi State University.  Before playing at MSU, she was part of the North Tx ODP team and Texas Spirits where she captained both teams.

Drew Pegues
Staff Coach

Staff coach at BFC for 5 years now.  Served as an assistant coach with the 02 Girls who won the Gulf States Premier League, and the 01 Boys who were State Cup Champions for consecutive years

Played soccer for Brandon High School, MS College, and Holmes CC. While at Holmes CC, he was an all-state selection and the Gold Boot Award Winner and helped the team to the first ever Division Title.

Jon Marcus Duncan
Staff Coach

Just finished his 7th year as a BFC Staff Coach. He is the head coach at Jackson Prep for both boys and girls where he has won 28 State Championships while at Prep.  Before his time at BFC, he coached for Jackson Futbol Club for several years. 

He played collegiately at the University of Mobile where he was a 3 time Gulf Coast Athletic Conference Selection.

Santiago Diosa
Staff Coach

Santi is in his third year as a BFC Staff Coach. 

Played his playing career at BFC where he captained the team that won the first state championship. Played ECNL for Birmingham United Soccer Association where he was an All-Conference Selection. He was a standout for Northwest Rankin High School where his team won the State Championship his freshman year. He was most recently selected as All State First Team Selection. 

Santi I s currently playing collegiately at Mississippi College.

Bill Hood
Staff Coach

Just finished his 10th year as a BFC Staff Coach. Before BFC, he previously coached for MS Rush. He is the head coach of the Florence Lady Eagles Program where he has been in the state final for 6 consecutive years, winning 3 State Titles. He was the girl’s coach at Madison Ridgeland Academy before that where he made a state final appearance

Before getting into the high school game, he coached both men’s and women’s soccer at Spring Hill College. He played soccer growing up for Clinton Arsenal where he won state finals and competed at Regionals every year. He won 2 high school state titles. He then went on to play at Mississippi College and Spring Hill College.

Trey Banks
Staff Coach

He is going into his 4th year as a Staff Coach. Before coaching at BFC, He previously coached at MS Rush for several years.  He is currently the head women’s coach at Richland High School

Prior to Richland he coached at both Northwest Rankin and Warren Central. While at Northwest Rankin he helped guide the lady cougars to a 6A state Championship. He was named Vicksburg Post Coach of the Year in 2011

He currently holds his USSF D License, USSF National Youth, Level National Goalkeeping Diploma, and USC High School Coaches Diploma.

Sarah Keeton Odom
Staff Coach

Sarah Keeton is going into her second year as a BFC Staff Coach and third year of coaching. Sarah Keeton specializes with our younger teams and academies. She is an Assistant Coach for Clinton High School Lady Arrow's soccer team, where they finished as 6A State Runner-Ups in 2022. She is also entering her first year as an assistant for the Holmes Women's Soccer team.

Sarah Keeton attended Brandon High School where she was a standout and helped lead the team to 3 State Championship appearances including one MHSAA State Title. She served as captain two years.

Autumn Belcher
Staff Coach

She is going into her 3rd season as a BFC Staff Coach. Before BFC she coached at JFC and FFC. She will be the assistant soccer coach for Brandon High School starting in the fall. She also has been teaching in the Rankin County School district for four years. 

Autumn’s playing career consisted of playing for Brandon High School where her team brought home the first girls soccer state championship for Brandon her Junior year. She played for Brilla and also won a state championship with them as well. And then finished up at a collegiate level at Mississippi College.

Most recently just finished his 5th season as a staff coach for FFC. He previously was an assistant coach at University Christian School. He played collegiate soccer for Hinds CC and Belhaven University. He played high school soccer at UCS where he was a 3 year captain and 4 time all state selection. Grew up playing for JFC.

Brad Hebert
Staff Coach

Originally from Houma, LA, played for Blackhawks Futbol Club and Houma Heat and won State Cup in 2006.   He Played for Terrebonne High School; senior year named 2nd team All-District and made it further into playoffs than any other THS boys team in team history.

Previously served as the Assistant coach for Houma Junior High and Terrebonne High School for two years after graduating. Played intramural soccer at Nicholls State University for two years Has coached at FYSA for the past 5 years, served as VP for the past 2 years.

Nick Williams
Staff Coach

Grew up playing competitively for BFC and MS Brilla Juniors. Played high school soccer at Florence High School. Captained the team in 2011 and won a state title in 2011. Played collegiately at Hinds CC.

Began coaching competitively at Florence Futbol Club. Coached the Boys U8 Academy team at BFC last year.

Reid Westover
Staff Coach

This will be his first season coaching at RSC. He is currently the assistant coach for the boys and girls soccer programs at East Rankin Academy. Also serves as a staff coach for Soccer Shots.

He played at Clinton High School from 2008-2013, where he was a two-time state champion. He then attended Holmes Community College from 2013-2014, where he earned the Most Improved Award his freshmen year, and was named Team Captain and a NJCAA All-Star his sophomore year.

Gavin Parker

Gavin has served as an academy coach for the past few seasons.

Played his club career at MS Rush United where his team recently won a state championship. He was also Co-Captain of his team at Northwest Rankin High School his senior season.

He currently plays collegiately at Holmes Community College
